Richard Ashurst Posted March 26, 2019 Share Posted March 26, 2019 Hi guys, I was riding my Segway ES4 this morning, and it beeped an error code at me - 46. When I reset the scooter the external battery is completely dead. It doesn't light up when the battery level button is pressed, in the app it doesn't show the external battery at all. Has anyone ever experienced this? The scooter has done 700km, but it's a bit weird for it to suddenly die. Scooter works fine right now, but just as a ES2 single battery.
