I recently purchased a new V12 and it was delivered today. Upon arrival I took it out of the box and threw it right on the charger. I went through the whole owner registration and travel mode turnoff through the app. About 2 hours later I took it off the charger at about 80% to power it on. When disconnected from the charger the screen turns off and I get no response when pressing the power button. It doesn't power on or self balance. I can only use the screen on the unit when it is hooked up to the charger.
