Inmotion app sign up

I can’t sing up in the Bluetooth inmotion app because when I enter phone number app says that I already used this number. So I tried different phone numbers.  Then I figured out that it doesn’t matter what number you enter(even not existing number) it says “already used” anyway. 

 What am I supposed to do? I need that app.  BTW I’m using v5.

In my first use I put the Chinese extension instead mine and every time I tried change I get the same warning
