Ninebot App always show Pitch angle 0'00

Hello,

I have few questions, I use Ninebot One A1 with the newest Ninebot App.

1. The app always show Pitch Angle 0'00 whatever I did with it but Roll angle works. So is that the problem?

2. How can I change the ride settings in this newest app (I read some topics about changing the ride setting to another value 1,2,3... but I can't find that option in the newest app for my NB1 A1)

Thank you,

Hello,

1. The pitch angle should stay at 0'00 because that is the balance front to back.  Might change a little depending on lean forward or backwards while riding.  The roll angle will change a lot because the wheel can fall over to the side.

2. I have an S1, the united states version of the A1, and my app does not have the option to change ride settings.  There is only the one.  I also have a Ninebot one E+, on that wheel I can change the ride settings from 0-9.

So, I think your A1 is working normally.
