battery is wired a bit different than most. How to replace?

Well it is extremely easy, you unplug it and plug the new one in.

Or, if you think this answer is stupid, take a close look at your question?

P.S. what sort of electric vacuum cleaner is that?

an overall picture will be nice to understand how it's connected to charging plug and to motherboard

That's a hoverboard I'm guessing.  Not that I know for sure.   Two larger gauge black and white wires are power, slimmer ones for charging.  Splice or solder connectors on for new pack ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Where to splice all those charging wires,??

The same places they go on the original battery!

We cannot work miracles. You are still not showing us or telling us the complete story, you posted in Electric Unicycles and it is clear this is some sort of hoverboard, so I moved your post to the right place but we still do not know what it is or what those wires feed or where on the battery they are tapped to.

You haven’t even told us why you are changing the battery or bothered to read the voltages on those wires. In fact we have absolutely no idea whether your replacement battery is the correct voltage or what it was originally made for as it clearly is not the correct battery for your device.

Sorry to take up your time. I was not hiding anything, just trying to change a battery that's not taking a full charge on my daughter's hoverboard. The new battery was purchased as a replacement hoverboard battery. Unfortunately unroll here I have not found anyplace that knows Jack about these. Have a great holiday

I am quite sure that you are not hiding anything by purpose - but you are still nit giving us enough information to present you sane proposals.

As you yourself do not recognice this, its even more important to know every detail - dealing with li ion batteries can be very dangerous!

Here are mostly electric unicycle riders and not too much till none hoverboard specialists. Hiverboards have many similarities to eucs, but still many different details! So we cannot provide some magic solution by looking at some photos of some details...

For example this is also quite amigous - did you buy a replacement battery for a hoverboard or did you buy the replacement battery for exactly your hoverboard? From the photos they look as they could be a bit different? .. or not?

I'd say open up the other side of the hoverboard and check to see where the black wires lead to.  I think my wheel only had one battery pack if I recall correctly.  I haven't opened it up for a couple of years so it's a little blurry in my mind.  It looks like the little PCB board must be some sort of BMS judging by all the extra red wires.  I wonder if there is another battery pack on the other side?  Unless maybe they go to the main control board or something.  Maybe some more photos would help.

It's sort of like asking the bomb experts which wire to cut, but then only showing them certain parts of the bomb.  Hard to say when the photos only show so much.  There are also some hoverboard repair companies if you do a search.  The battery that you purchased might not be totally compatible with the hoverboard if its design is very specific and unique.  Unfortunately there likely isn't a hoverboard design standard so parts might not be universal in all cases.

Mine is similar to this one with just one plug.
