I was speaking more to a motor failure. Only with the EUC are you pretty much guaranteed to be on the ground. Yes things can happen on a motorcycle but not 100% of them will leave you face down on the ground. You know cause there are 2 wheels and all. I would encourage you to go to a hand specialist and have an expert x-ray your hand and rule out a fracture. My fracture was missed after an x-ray, then mis-diagnosed in severity, and there wasn't even that much pain. Delay in treatment meant surgery and three months in a cast, with eight weeks down and five more weeks to go.
