meepmeepmayer
Rockwheel Store usually has good customer service though. And you have this forum. Of course simply having a working wheel would still be better

meepmeepmayer
New wheel model + bad luck + China + Aliexpress = oops I would not open it until Rockwheel Store answers. Should be soon. -- Can you describe the problem IN DETAIL? Is the sound dependent on how fast the tire rotates? What sound exactly? etc.
Bambino
It sound like metal inside the wheel... If i dont ride it, the sound is not so loud... but if i ride, the sound is louder
meepmeepmayer
So like a loose piece of something inside the wheel? Where exactly? Motor or shell? Maybe you can tell. If you shake the wheel, do you hear it too, or only when riding?

Also, did you turn the wheel over and look inside the shell on both sides of the tire with a strong flashlight? (power must be off first)

Look at your wheel under the shell...are there scratches? Other than that: Cant you do a video? your "describtion" is not so concret?! Do not write to Kingsong...they will not help you! Yi Chen from Rockwheel will do its best! and ask us....
