New wheel model + bad luck + China + Aliexpress = oops

I would not open it until Rockwheel Store answers. Should be soon.

Can you describe the problem IN DETAIL?

Is the sound dependent on how fast the tire rotates?

What sound exactly?

etc.

It sound like metal inside the wheel...

If i dont ride it, the sound is not so loud... but if i ride, the sound is louder

Have you tried  turning it on, and lifting the tire off the floor, and letting it spin up to full speed for a few seconds?  Also, did you turn the wheel over and look inside the shell on both sides of the tire with a strong flashlight? (power must be off first)

Seems like something metal that makes noise in the shell.. when i ride is louder...

if i shake the wheel, dont hear nothing

Is the shell or the pedalarm scratching against the rotating wheel?...

Look at your wheel under the shell...are there scratches?

Other than that: Cant you do a video? your "describtion" is not so concret?!

Do not write to Kingsong...they will not help you! Yi Chen from Rockwheel will do its best! and ask us....

Ok, again:

Lay down the wheel on the side....

look under the shell(under the pedals), where the big black rotating body is (motor)...are there any scratches (silver lines) on the motor?

The loose screws are on the motor wheel...

You mean that "allen screw" or "hexagon screw" which are placed on the black motor-wheel body? This have been loose?

Thats a bummer!

Yes...look after the scratches, please, perhaps i have an idea...

nonetheless a video would help :-)
