Years ago, there was a stretch of the Pennsylvania Turnpike with really narrow tunnels and as a result it couldn't be used for larger trucks. To solve the problem they cut new tunnels and closed off the old ones. It's not quite a formal park but lots of people go there to explore as you'll see in the Google Maps comments. It's just north of the Breezewood area next to a Turnpike stop, which has plenty of places to eat and charge. Looks both cool and sketchy/scary at the same time. From the looks of the terrain it looks like larger wheel may fare better.
