sloudon
Just wonder what level of diagnostics are available on the ninebot one if it experiences a failure? Does the App provide some codes or data that can be retrieved from the control board? If not is there some other mechanism that the service guys have to get more data out of it? Not on One C/E/P unortunately but maybe on A2/S2? Ninebot introduced a "black box" feature in newer models that seems to collect some information from the controller and batterys's BMS. On the E+ (and possibly other models) there are diagnostic codes in the way that the LED rings light up (E.g. you may be able to tell if there is a problem with the control board or the motor) and in which LEDs are flashing on the mother board. I believe these have been discussed in other threads or you could speak to someone like Ian at SpeedyFeet.
