Scott Ryan
I was putting air into my tire today and the center rod in the valve stem stays depressed when I take off the pump letting all the air out. If I use needle nose I can pull the rod out and it seems to lock but I still can hear a slight air loss. Does anyone know why this is happening? Bent? Anyway to fix? Mono
Never heard of this before. Are you aware that you can unbolt and take out the valve? That is, you can also replace it. The silverish (removable) part of this valve extension http://m.banggood.com/Electric-Unicycle-Air-Type-Valve-Extension-Adaptor-12_5cm-p-999165.html is the necessary tool to do it. Having said all that, one possible reason could be that the valve is not tightly screwed.
Scott Ryan
Yeah I went to unscrew valve core and the t shaped piece of metal broke now core is stuck in stem.
Mono
That doesn't sound promising
Scott Ryan
Well I got the core out our new one in and same issue. The rod won't come back out. Have to manually use needle nose pliers to pull quickly to stop air flow. Seems like I need an entire new stem
