Starry night
How, just new here. I bought a wheel on eBay on Christmas and am still waiting for it to arrive. Is that normal or should I start getting concerned? The seller is Japanese the supplier is Chinese and I have been given a 17track.net number which only tells me that "it's in transit", which it has been for many weeks. It's coming to Melbourne, is It normal to wait this long? Your views would be appreciated.
Shoe73
Yes it can take a few months. Check the date eBay says it should arrive. If it takes longer than that you can complain through ebay.
Starry night
Oh great , thank you so much for responding. The eBay site said to expect it yesterday (which was a holiday), and now they say that it should come today. "17 track". Thing isn't very helpful in that it doesn't give any clues about whether it's in the country or not and the supplier isnt the best communicator. So thank you for responding, I will continue to wait a little more patiently.
