From various testimonials on the forum it seems a matter of luck which outcome you get but the one guarantee you have is that it won't be boring. (Consider him a last resort) ? No disrespect, but that advice is bollocks of the highest order. Yes, the wrists won't break, but you will hit the ground with your head or jaw instead. It's a terrible idea. Always do what comes naturally, and put your arms out, but wear wrist braces, so it doesn't hurt when it happens. That way you will keep your teeth.
