Rehab1
Please share any recent stories or videos you might have read in local papers, magazines or viewed on the evening news that feature or discuss electric unicycles. There have been very few published news stories about EUCs so I thought it might be interesting to see just how many news related stories about EUCs are published internationally. I recently found a news article published in the 'Northwest Evening Mail', a UK publication, discussing the use of electric unicycles in an upcoming Peter Pan stage performance. Below is an excerpt from the article along with photos of the reporter learning to ride an EUC. During the performance of Peter Pan this December Adam will ride a special type of unicycle called a giraffe unicycle, which will elevate him 5ft off the ground, and zoom around on an electric unicycle which takes quite a lot of balancing ability. Hopefully a EUC member in the UK attends the show and is able to share some details about the performance! Hunka Hunka Burning Love
My *hot chick senses* were tingling and brought me to this thread. BTW, when are those news reporters coming back to interview you and your patient? Geez talk about noncommittal, unreliable reporters! What the heck? Also, I was sure someone (looking at you @Cloud) promised a Halloween photo plus a video if my memory and detailed files are correct.

Bu then your hc senses need some recalibration, because hot chicks NEVER wear bobble caps inside of houses.

Geez talk about noncommittal, unreliable reporters! What the heck? That is the operative word: noncommittal. It happens in the news business. I never did find out what story was more pressing that day. Probably a cat caught in a tree. I have had it happen at the Annual Worldwide Compassionate Friends Candle Lighting Event where 100s of mourning families show up at my memorial and the news backs out at the last minute to cover a story about a drunk driving fatality. Rehab1
There are numerous EUC news stories out there but very few with accompanying artwork. Here is an excellent Seattle Times News story on EUCs titled ‘One Wheeled Wonders on Seattle Sidewalks’ along with a fantastic sketch. The Seattle Times reporter interviewed Ryan Dao for the story. I assume the sketch is a depiction of him. Is Ryan a member of the forum? https://www.seattletimes.com/seattle-news/one-wheel-wonders-on-seattle-sidewalks-meet-one-of-the-e-riders/

Have you seen the man? A good Wellington wind would snap him in half like a twig... He probably does get that mileage on an EUC.
