the battery is not discovered and the speed is limited to 10kph, any help?

Hi guys,

I have the max speed at 10km/h after the passing the tutorial and driving for more than 11km.

i am using nnebot min Firmware v 1.3.1 and activating date 2016-11-05.

any suggestions?

Is that a ninebot minipro?  If so you might have better luck in the ninebot mini section.  This is for the one wheel ninebots, sorry I don't know much about the two wheel ninebots.

But one thing I do remember about my ninebot one E+ is that you have a speed limiter on the app, on mine if I set it the speed is set to about 10kmh and it will not go faster.  Check your app and look for a speed lock icon on the lower left of the screen.

I just looked at your post again, you say the battery is not discovered.  There is a recent post about that, where the battery is not a real ninebot battery, if that is the case, and you have a real ninebot, you might need a new battery from a ninebot authorised dealer.
