Hunka Hunka Burning Love
Why not just get a skii mask, goggles, and wear a touque?

EUC Extreme
Mild frosts do not need a mask. Then, when the air is less than -25 degrees Celsius. Then maybe I'll put on face protection
Cerbera
I still say you can't beat those ninja-stylee fleece hoods for EUC cold-weather flexibility. Work perfectly with shades, and you have a choice as to how much of your face is covered, and how tightly. Your ears are completely covered all the time, you can drop and tuck in the front flap if you want the wind rushing over your face (or if your sunglasses get steamed up!), and if the sun comes out, or temperatures ease off, you can convert the whole thing to a nice comfortable neck warmer. And they cost £3, and are washable. For me that's a no-contest Winter win over hats, scarves, face masks, goggles, or helmets for all but the very coldest and windiest conditions. Kroy
Just got a 'snood' from Primark - £1.50, bargain! A black fleece which can either ruck up around the neck or be pulled up to cover the face & secured with a drawstring. #sorted

I love Hot Headz with its variety of modes. Usually I use balaclava mode. https://www.amazon.com/Hot-Headz-Polarex-Fleece-Hoodie/dp/B00GTOWUJ0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1482108042&sr=8-1&keywords=hot%2Bheadz%2B6-in-1%2Bfleece%2Bhood&th=1&psc=

I like the combination of a face/ear covering with built in goggles. Also since my plow truck is now broken thanks to @Hunka Hunka Burning Love's jinx he placed on me I can use it with my snowblower. Did I mention "I hate winter!" Luke, i am your father.
