Comparison of Known EUCs

Nearest I am aware of is @Jason McNeil‘s site: https://www.ewheels.com/ where he has a well laid out comparison of many different wheels. Of course it only includes the wheels he sells I.e. good quality ones, not stuff like Airwheel for example.

In New Zealand you also have an excellent EUC representative in @The Fat Unicyclist who has recently set up his own website: https://www.roll.nz/ and a local Facebook group:  https://www.facebook.com/groups/electric.revolution.nz/ . So you should have access to plenty of advice ?

EWheels' chart also does not include the latest models.

I've seen the chart and all and it covers a lot but not all as previous members suggested, maybe we should re-kick-start this project and collab on it?

Who's with me?

Take a look here: https://www.electricwheels.co.za/compare/ , not 100% updated or complete, but a good start.

Like the chart; very detailed. Where did you get your data for the best selling, and top rated categories?

Is this still on? :P

I don't think we have the time to add wheels on the comparison chart, it would be great for everybody.. but.

Should we put this on the freezer?

This thread is ancient and most of the linked tables/charts are some combination of out-of-date and/or simply a mess visually, but since the thread has been bumped to the top, I offer my EUC comparison spreadsheet as a much more up-to-date and readable alternative: https://1drv.ms/x/s!Ag0ky7mWfH9cm9dMfvYothdqZtIsdw

Feel free to have a play with my web based EUC database

Both of these charts are great, i've seen the euc database last week and i love it! Has a thing with comparison, like it's for one user and not the session of the user, anyway.

Also the Onedrive Excel sheet you shared @AtlasP is also great.

Thank you guys for sharing this information with us!!

Not sure I understand. It just remembers what wheels you've been looking at then, when you hit compare, it shows the data for these wheels side by side. It also tries to remove data that's the same for all the wheels you're looking at so, if each wheel you're looking at is 16", then it will not show that column. You can also remove columns of data you're not interested in as well as removing a wheel from your list. If you want to add a new wheel to the comparison just find that wheel and it will be added to the comparison.

I might change everything around so the wheel data and battery data is held separately - I'm still thinking about this but it would mean clicking on Nikola for instance and see all the data for the wheel but then having to click on the battery model to see that data (Wh, volts, range, speed, cost, Kg). This makes more sense from a database point of view but I'm not sure it's easy to understand from a user perspective.

I quite like the idea of storing a local copy of wheel images or allow users to upload an image. This would make images faster to view and would allow me to have a front page that just had a tiled set of random images of wheels.
