steve454 Posted July 11, 2016 Share Posted July 11, 2016 Just checked my Ninebot app and it said new version available do you want to update? So I downloaded it and opened it and there is a new function, Black Box. So I selected it and apparently it is a feedback to Ninebot. It asks you to type in whatever problem you have in a box and then I guess you hit send and it goes to them directly.
