Back in 2015 you were ranked 9th, Canada 12th, and the US 31st. The damn you arteriosclerosis I don't care blaise faire attitude? I'm pretty sure @The Fat Unicyclist doesn't subscribe to this dainty food diet. ...which likely explains why they were ranked 17th.
