Cannot change anymore the speed limit alarms on my ks s22

Hello everybody,

I have a KS S22 Pro+ for two months. I could successfully change the speed limit alarms in the first weeks with the KS app. I could test also the "back to legal limits" with EUC World. But now it fails. I cannot tune the speed limit alarms, both with the KS app or with EUC World.

The KS app says : "KSN-S22Pro+--AB72-Not connected", though I can switch-on the lights from the app, set the driving mode and several stuff, but not change the speed limits.

Something I find strange but that may be normal, under the first alarm level set at 0km/h (factory setting was 22km/h), there is a sliding scale from 0 to -2, let's list all the four speed limits in the following table:

• 1st      0km/h (22km/h)    0    -2
• 2nd    0km/h (23km/h)    0    -1
• 3rd    0km/h (24km/h)    0    0
• 4th    0km/h (25km/h)    0    0

I find the last figure strange. What does it means? Is my set-up broken?

How can I recover speed limit alarms tuning?

Incredible, but often, describing an issue helps finding a solution. I have just run the "back to legal limits" feature, disconnect, close EUC World, open the KS app, and kudos, I can now tune the speed alarm levels.

If someone has an explanation, one is welcome.
