Chris50 Posted November 8 Posted November 8 I’m just trying to see how many available options there are for an older, taller and heavier guy with limited range mobility to ride seated on my Begode Master Pro V3. Currently, I’m not using pads because when I try to sit down, the front pads block my knees from being able to come forward, which is necessary for me to ride seated. I’ve tried bowing my knees way out to the sides, but my feet come off the pedals. Therefore, I figured if I had….. 1) Much wider pedals where I could position my feet to where my knees would be placed outside of the front pads (while being able to keep my feet on the pedals) Or 2) Have much narrower front pads where I could effectively do the same thing It would solve the problem. Does clarkpads.com have what I need for this? I went to their website, but they don’t even have a phone number or an email address for me to ask them this question. Quote
o u euc 2 Posted November 8 Posted November 8 (edited) I switched to Power Knobz, so now I don't have to put my feet on the edge of the pedals, and front pads are out of my way. It was still a learning curve for me as I was used to moving my feet more forward when setting, but I managed to adapt ok. Wider pedals equate to easier pedal clipping when turning. EUC Custom Power-Pads Posted November 8 Posted November 8 (edited) Only one of the reasons, why I don't like printed wide Power-Pads. I have no problem with my setup, maybe a option your are looking for. https://www.euc-custom-power-pads.com/power-pads#h.gh9e87sgm1x3 and https://www.euc-custom-power-pads.com/jump-blocks#h.ajcbzh7fxm8w Edited November 8 by EUC Custom Power-Pads 1 Quote
