What Power Pads are those in eevee's NOSFET Apex review

Those are the powerknobz fusion. I have them on the Sherman L. I completely switched to the PK on all the wheels I use, different ride feel. It takes a bit of time to understand them fully. If any interest my code Ronin gives u a 8% discount (i get nothing out of it). It's very nice to see something different in the pads world.

Good to know, can you elaborate on what were the differences when you compared them?
