When I’m moving at a good pace on my KingSong 16X and then brake hard while banking hard left, it vibrates really hard.

Is this something that I need to be very concerned about?

Could be loose screws or cracks in the plastic hull.

Or just some overpowering of ones muscles.

There are many possibilities more or less easily to be checked.

I’ve had my fair share of vibrations when pushing my KingSong 16X hard in turns. It can be pretty unsettling, but I found that checking the tire pressure and making sure everything is tightened up helped a lot. Sometimes, if you’re really leaning into a turn while braking, it can amplify those vibes, so it’s good to be mindful of your technique too. If it keeps happening, definitely consider reaching out to the manufacturer or chatting with other riders to see if they’ve run into the same thing.

This began right after I put an Apple Air Tag inside the shell of my KingSong 16X. I taped it in there, but I later heard it get jostled loose. It also vibrates very slightly in my hand when I turn it on, extend its trolley and walk it around.

Do you think maybe there’s some electromagnetic interference going on or something?

King Song had an issue with EM interference once long ago, with the 18(X)L. So while I consider it unlikely, it is possible your air tag makes the board (or rather the tilt sensor, I guess) go slightly crazy. You can always try and see what happens when you remove the air tag.

The other possibility is that something is a little loose.

Now the question is, were you involved in a crash that may have resulted in cracking the inner shell where the motor and foot pedals are mounted?
