jmsjms Posted October 31 Posted October 31 What guides the left, right, or stop blinking lights? How does the helmet light know what you're doing on the wheel? Is it an app on your phone that sends the signals? What if you are riding without a phone? Quote

The gyro and accelerometers present in the device are the brains of the lights. It can sense slowing down, stopping and braking. The smart device won’t get confused by blinking erratically when you turn your head. It only responds to changes in speed. No app needed and no phone needed. There are 100 LED lights so they are pretty bright and you will be noticed which is a good thing. Edited November 3 by Ethereal Quote
