Popular Post NOSFET Electric Dreams Posted October 18 Popular Post Posted October 18 (edited) I have now uploaded the Support page with the STL files for the mudguard and the front bumper. I am personally really excited to see what the community comes up with! Some ideas to get the brain juices going! Front Bumper: GoPro/Action Camera Mount Cup holder LED lights holder to create HALO effect with EL WIRE Mudguard: An elongated feature with cool designs longer clip on License plate holder As much as we would like to create all these cool ideas it's impossible, so the idea of bringing these STL to the community is to help allow riders engage with their product like never before! Asphalt Posted October 18 Posted October 18 Good initiative. The Front Bumper downloads easily, but the Rear Mudguard file currently requires permission to download. Quote

Download STL files here: https://www.nosfet.com/support I like the idea of sharing some documents but STL files are not consider CAD files. They are triangular mesh files and are difficulty to work with in CAD apps such as Fusion / FreeCAD / Onshape. A better file format for the community to work with and make changes to these parts would be .step when the geometry can be manipulated in CAD apps. STL mesh files are really not a easily edited format and ideally can only be used to "re-draw" reverse engineer the part or to draw around the shape. that is my 2 cents. Jack (Nosfet & Electric Dreams), BIG THANK YOU. Loved your live stream with Wrong-Way. I sensed honesty and transparency. I've longed for this keep-it-real approach. Quote
Maverick Posted October 25 Posted October 25 NOSFET SUSPENSION & AFTER PURCHASE MODIFICATIONS: Jack, I couldn't attend the live stream, but wanted to ask this oddball question. Given the massive 150mm space, could a 22" wheel be swapped in place of the current 20"? In this configuration, I'd only use on surface streets but wondered if possible and how to source a 22" motor/wheel that would fit the existing mounting holes. It's a stupid question for sure but your wheel has sparked my imagination. 1 Quote
Maverick Posted October 31 Posted October 31 Jack, can the APEX include disable ability in the App? Excerpt below. EUC manufacturers could simply include a switch inside their app, that disables all buttons on the wheel including the on/off button, when you go to park it or put it in long term storage, that way the wheel isn't broken if some random person tries turning it on while it's locked 1 Quote
vw671 Posted October 31 Posted October 31 How many of you knew that the rear most part of of the mudflap was breakaway/replaceable? Quote

I think the guy who wrote that doesn't know what a "love child" is. He probably thinks it is an especially beloved child, LOL. Quote
