Hi All,

My V11 headlight turns on but is woefully weak.  Does anyone have any ideas on what might be causing it to emit such a small amount of lumens even though it turns on and off?  I did take a significant tumble on the wheel at one time (25-30 mph wipeout on street with wheel taking numerous roll overs), but that was quite a while back and I don't recall the light being any brighter before the upside down and all around.  Any ideas would be helpful.

Enjoy the weekend!

Is there a brightness setting in the app?

Usually, people don't take apart their wheels for a headlight issue because they don't want to stop riding for a problem that can be mitigated with a torch.

If you're willing, and nobody knows, then you can try to remove the light and supply 5V to it (basic usb voltage) and see if it fixes it. If the brightness is the same perhaps there are broken/burned out leds inside.

If the brightness is good then there's an issue with the wheel's 5V power supply. What about the other 5V parts of the wheel? Bluetooth, speakers, usb power output, decorative lights, taillight. Do they all still work fine?

I remember my old V11 had an option turned on that would dim the light when the wheel was stationery and would get brighter as you started moving.
