nullptr Posted August 22 Posted August 22 Have an S18 with ~1900 miles, no major crashes and I only ride in good weather conditions. Has worked great since purchasing new, including yesterday after a normal commute ride. The battery charged normally and the wheel turned on and was balancing normally. After it charged up, I sat on the wheel to compress the suspension so I could check the air pressure, and 20 seconds after sitting on the wheel it stopped balancing. It no longer turns on. When I press the power button, the light turns on (and stays on for as long as the button is depressed). The charging circuitry seems normal (charger detects that the battery is full). No Bluetooth connection. Any theories or tips on debugging? 1 Quote

No -- the front light stays on for as long as the button is depressed, but it doesn't turn on on the unit, so no access to firmware / etc. It is essentially a very heavy flashlight at the moment!
