6'2" 270lb Beginner - HELP! Which EUC to get?

I am looking for an EUC for fun - riding on grass, pavement and maybe some dirt (eventually).  I am looking to learn to help me with balance for other activities that I am involved in.  But also I hear it is a good workout too for legs and core.    I am not commuting.  I don't care about range.  I am looking to be in the $3k range or so. 

Questions:

Suspension or no suspension (Again I am a beginner)?

Wheel size?

I was looking at the Begode Extreme and the T4 for suspension units.   But I have no idea which is better for me.  The T4 is much less of an investment.  I just don't want to be regretting my purchase in 2-3 months but I also want a unit that would be easier to learn on.  I know I want it all - just looking for some input.

Inmotion V14 from eWheels.com (suspension)
The 16-inch wheel is easier to learn, with plenty of suspensions to cover mistakes and an overall solid EUC OOTB.
T4 would need a suspension upgrade immediately.
