Hello everyone i have an issue about my app or battery. App shows that battery is %0 but it does not. Voltage is about 84. Charger light is green. Any idea what the problem is? Here is some photos.

Probably just the app not working. 84V and 0% battery contradict themselves.

See if you can set your wheel to 84V somewhere in the app options, maybe it falsely uses a higher default voltage, which would explain the 0% display. Or try EUC World (third party app) for a comparison.

Does wheel work? Have you notice range lose? Need of charging more often than regularly? No??? Then everything is fine. App showing 0% is right-out wrong. (Update the app..)

How old is the battery/wheel? How much have you ridden the wheel, how many miles?

Use EUC World instead of KS app...

When i first got the wheel (about 4 mounts ago) I rode about 80 km and there was still %20 battery left. But the wheel is 5 years ago first gen 18xl. The last charge lasted aprox 30-40km in total and voltage down to %74 i don't know the percentage because for the %0 problem. Now im wondering this wheel could run with single battery pack instead of two? Like KS14M. Battery packs are too expensive in here (because of taxes) and the 18xl heavy for lifting with one hand. Its ok to lose some speed and range.

74V would be around ~57% battery.  84V=100%     72V=50%      60V=0%

Yes it could run on one battery, but you will lose safety and headroom on max speed.

1 battery pack = less power/speed/safety.

Have you tried using EUCworld app? Or if you got iPhone try DarknessBot < Maybe they fix the 0% battery problem?

Rider weight. What speed one is going. Hills or flat ground. Everything matter when we talk about range.

I'm 280lbs and riding 35kph speed non stop - i got 65km from 100% down to 5%.

Most important is that it charges fully to 84V - then everything is fine. 50-60 km for half a battery is good range in my eyes. As i got only 65 km riding from 100% down to 5%.

On your weight you should be very careful to not overlean but you probably know that. These are considered old wheels. Im 82 kg - 180lbs and try to stay around 25kph.

This is my wheel and its wings. The wheel is at 20160 mile - 32450 km

I don't accelerate fast.. So no overlean.

Dammm 32.000km that's amazing! My wheel is 4 years old and i have done only 3000km. :D (I use it only for last mileage travel to/from work.) I ride around 30kph.

Yeah - at 32.000km i also would think about battery replacement, etc.. But if it charges fully and doesn't show "sudden" range lost. Everything should be fine.

Have you tried deleting KS app from phone and reinstalling it? Maybe fix % issue?

I bought at 32.000km but only rode 450-500 km yet. I had to change some parts to ride safely.

Lift sensors has not working front panel was broked then handle got broke too. I had to take apart and find another surprises. Here is some photos.

All these restoration takes 1.5 monts. Then the battery issue began.

And yes i tryed to delete the app and reinstall. İts an old and tired wheel when the battery capacity drops significantly will retire and  be spare parts for someone else
