Chris50 Posted August 11 Posted August 11 I own a Kingsong 16x, a Veteran Patton, and a Begode Master Pro V3. I keep the Veteran Patton and the Master Pro in a re-enforced locked closet and the Kingsong 16X in the basement when I’m away from home. I know these things are never 100% safe, but does anyone know how significant of a fire hazard any of these EUCs are? Quote
RagingGrandpa Posted August 13 Posted August 13 (edited) 16X, Patton, and MasterP have a good safety record. https://forum.electricunicycle.org/topic/21506-fire-history/?do=findComment&comment=353291 Like any modern EUC: keep them dry, and stop using them if you notice irregular or incomplete recharging behaviors. Otherwise, enjoy the ride Edited August 13 by RagingGrandpa 1 Quote
Scubadragonsan Posted August 13 Posted August 13 I own 8 different wheels, none of which ever had any battery problem. Just for my peace of mind, I usually would charge them while I am home. But many times, I also have been away while charging. Anything is possible, but the probability of a fire hazard is .00000000000009%...quantifying it! 1 Quote
