Is it worth rewinding an EUC motor with Litz wire?

I guess another way of asking the question is what is the commutation frequency(not pulse frequency) of a single phase? i.e. the Inmotion V11 at 50km/h.

I have tried to do the math myself by counting the slots but it works out to 400Hz which seems way to low.
