bmadonna1401
I just got my Ninebot one E+ the other day and I'm a bit concerned. The app says that my battery is at 53% after leaving it plugged in all night. Also the charger has a green light every time I plug it in to charge. The app claimed today when I was done using my Ninebot that the battery was at 29% so I plugged it in again. My question is what color should the charger be when its charging and should I be worried about my battery or is the app way off on the battery level. I imagine that I will have more of a clue tomorrow now that the app claimed the battery only have 29% of juice when I was done using my ninebot tonight. Gimlet
It sounds like you have a naff charger there. It should show a red light during charging and only go green once it's fully charged. Not to worry, if you get impatient waiting for a replacement from your supplier they are also available on eBay and it's always useful to have a spare charger. bmadonna1401
So you think it's the charger not the battery?
esaj
Sounds like a charger-issue, ie. it's not really charging at all (showing green light all the time and the battery charge doesn't go up no matter how long you keep it plugged). Get a replacement charger from the vendor, it should go under warranty.Edit: The wheel itself will show the battery charge using the leds on the side, when the wheel is turned on and stationary. The higher up the leds light the more charge it has left, also the led colors will change from green to orange (or was it yellow?) and reddish, I think, the lower the charge is. bmadonna1401
Thanks for the info everyone. The sticker on the back of the adapter made it sound like red light for under a certain battery level. I'm contacting the vendor through amazon I ordered through.
bmadonna1401
Please be ware I wouldn't buy from Obdo Tech on amazon the guy is giving me the run around about my charger. I'm about to order a charger from another place. I need a replacement LED strip anyhow one of the wires decided to break when I was examining the battery on my ninebot. I love my Ninebot besides appearing to have a flakey charger and wish I could deal with people in the USA not China for help on the issue.

bmadonna1401
Where can I get a kickstand for my nonbot one E+ and maybe a fast changer verses the normal charger. I have been able to find either anywhere.
mengke
There is not kickstand but and a parking stand :http://wheelyouride.webs.com/apps/webstore/products/category/1258674and in case of the fast charger I will get back to you.
mengke
The fast charge is not available yet because it has not pass some local certification, although it has got the european certification. As I said in the community that Ninebot is working on something very big and new so some of these detailed accessories has to be postponed. Not an Electric Unicycle most likely. bmadonna1401
Anyone know what the deal is with http://electricunicycleonline.com and http://speedyfeet.uk? I ordered a charger from EC and several things from speedfeet.uk and neither have shipped yet both say processing and its been about 5 business days. I'm not a happy camper I would like a charger that works for my Ninebot one E+ this lifetime. I've contacted both sites neither have responded yet.
