My input in here is to share with you my way of improving the condition of the wheel, in case I got caught in the rain half way home 😅👍

I never was pleased with wrapping the wheel around with rubber stripes, because I like more simplistic look instead, so these circular floor protectors always were my go to…

They won’t protect perfectly the wheel at all ~ I’m aware of that.

They’re meant to be just there - to prevent some dents or scratches at some point?

This will do for me.

I did like to cover the front and rear lights with the rainproof cover - they’ll be exposed less to the water…

I’m riding with lights attached to the backpack, front and back, and I’ll rather go on the pavement in case of rain, so it’ll be alright for me.

These cable organiser hooks readily available on eBay, will hold the edge of the rainproof cover tightly at the front - around the top of the tyre…

At the rear it was just handy to use the mudguard 😉👍

Notice the way I’ve covered the power button…

It’s stealth now, hidden button alike 🙊🙉🙈

The clue is ~ to make this button unnoticeable 😉👍

I bet this mode will take some time for unfamiliar stranger to find out how to power it on…

It will also improve the water resistance on this dented spot I guess?

This post isn’t meant to start any dispute or give anybody any advice what to do.

We all have our own preferences, so I’m only sharing mine 👍

Thank you for watching, and I’ll be glad to see if you may like to share your unique ideas ✌️
