simonbratie Posted May 17 Posted May 17 I own a begode exn high speed and it has recently broken after a small crash. I crashed and then rode for another 5 minutes, turned it off, and then it would not turn on again. I checked the switch for continuity and the switch was all good plus there was power going to the switch but the wheel still won't turn on. I am fairly sure that the motherboard (at least part of it) is fried but I am not totally sure. I was curious if knows how to further diagnose it or are aware of other possible problems that may cause this. Also, is it worth getting somebody to fix part of the motherboard or should I just replace the entire thing? 1 Quote
alcatraz Posted May 18 Posted May 18 I got my board fixed here in China for 50-60usd. I bet it's harder to find a repair shop abroad. Maybe not impossible. Quote
Funky Posted May 18 Posted May 18 (edited) Another easy step you could check is: Put wheel sideways and try turning/spinning the tire/motor with hand (Wheel being powered off..) - is there any resistance to turning/spinning? Does it spin freely, or is there resistance like braking? If there is resistance - fried motherboard.. Edited May 18 by Funky Quote
