(Rochester, NY) Looking to buy used Inmotion V11 or other similar wheels (see thread) around $1,000

Budget around $900-$1,000 USD, happy to buy either local (within few hours drive) or shipped (we'll split shipping cost).

The V11 seems like a good fit since it has at least some type of suspension (not required, though), good waterproofing, and plenty powerful for my needs; other wheels would be cool, just let me know what you have if it sounds like it fits (so far the KS-16X and T4 both seem fitting as well) I plan on using this for shorter commutes during college and some light trail riding, I'll be in Ithaca so I'd like to have the torque to handle steep hills.

If you have other riding gear to bundle with the unit, I'm open to that too

Also mildly interested in an mten4 for a backpack pocket rocket :P

What’s your main use for your wheel? I have both of those wheels (not for sale) both are great, but definitely different qualities. I think the v11 is classified as an 18” wheel for what it’s worth.

Ah yeah you're right, the V11 is 18", I'll fix the title.

Main use will be commuting on pavement (with a lot of steep inclines, given I'm going to college in hilly Ithaca), but suspension is preferable because the roads in Ithaca are shit. I'd also like to be able to do some trail riding, nothing too extreme but I'll be surrounded by trails and nature so I may as well take advantage of it.

If I were to buy an mten4, it'd be purely for the pavement commuting since I don't think it's meant to handle trails at all.

For what you want the v11 is probably a better choice. I love my m10, but it’s not a forgiving ride. It’s a ton of fun and unparalleled for errands and short runs. Crappy roads and trails aren’t its strength. Perfect sidewalk cruiser.

Are you still looking to buy?

Some relatives dumped a v11 on me as I'm a college student, and I haven't had the time (or reason, really) to learn how to use it. The wheel is still in the box, brand new, and I just want it out of the way.
