Breadsticks
I got this error today. The wheel didn’t tip or anything, it just popped up after about 15 miles. I know this is a damaged BMS - is there a standard way to fix this? im assuming a new BMS will need to be installed, do i need to contact leperkim to get em or what’s the deal?? Thanks guys
Whitebeard
If there is a warranty, reach out to the seller. If the seller is not a dealer, then maybe you’ll get some luck dealing with the manufacture. Either way, replacing the board is easy peasy.
Planemo
Lots of places still have them for sale. For info I changed one in a friends Sherman and although not difficult you will certainly need a decent soldering iron as some of the solder sites are big - you'll do nothing with a feeble iron except send loads of heat into the board over time and likely never melt the whole site at the same time. Other than that, just use extreme caution - theres a lot of power sitting there just waiting for you to short circuit something. Don't rush anything and make sure theres no distractions!
