I was outside in the green yesterday.

Collected a bit of green, also fauna and flora!

Strange animals outside there. 😲

Most original and discrete way of harvesting poppies I've ever seen! :roflmao:

(great pics by the way)

Had a nice ride with my sister today, she is getting better and better.

We found a little oasis in the middle of nowhere, only big villas with a sea and boats on it, couldn’t believe my eyes. It was like a different world.

Isnt it the best feeling riding with your sibling? First, the fact shes actually into it. And then just the bonding over exploring and having fun together like this as adults. It makes me so happy every time i ride with my brother.

BTW, if riding that near water, I'd definitely consider a tether/leash... Wouldn't want those gorgeous Kingsongs falling going for an unexpected dive!

No risk no fun :D

It’s great to ride with her and teach her things. And i don’t have to ride alone anymore. :)

I taught my wife, age 68 to ride the wheel. She is the best companion to ride with. Always there! In bed and on the road

Nice! I'm still trying to get my wife on a wheel (age 55).

No, not a lot, just my 2 block grocery and grub getter.

I also have a wheel for when my kids visit. 🙂

@Marty Backehemaglobin binds oxygen in the lungs and then releases it in the capillary beds at the tissue level. At lower partial pressures found at altitude the process is less than adequate until the body acclimatizes and makes more hemaglobin.

Here is a chart showing the lower partial pressure of oxygen at  about 3352 meters (11,000 feet) vs sea level

Altitude values for pO2
