I like that high visibility jacket. It is so much easier to spot than those black jacket, especial in low light conditions.

Srsly though, I'm curious, what's the electrostimulation for in the treatment of a shoulder? I genuinely have no idea.

The electrostimulation is not like anyone would think for the shoulder. I ran the image through my photo-analysis x-ray scanner and see where the device is hidden. The cables of the electrodes do not go from the table towards the shoulder, but come from the device under his T-shirt and go down under the table.

I know you're having a hard time right now, but dude, just be careful that you don't overdo it with the amperage. :roflmao:

I thought they only used electrostimulation on bulls to harvest" stuff "to impregnate the female.Your electrostimulator maybe situated in the wrong place. My suggestion would be to visit a local vet and have it refitted!:roflmao:

ps hope the recovery is going well and ur still riding?

thats hardcore!

@travsformation You have an RTX? How fast do you train ResNet-50?

One of the advantages of having a girlfriend who works as a phsycal therapist, she borrowed it from work ;)

I'm starting off pretty gently, the goal at this point (until I can take the sling off) isn't to work on the damaged tissue (which is still healing) but on deltoide and unaffected muscles, the to prevent "atrophy" that would slow down progress once the sling comes off. But I'm not a big fan of EMS, only as  "gateway exercise". I'm now getting to tut point I can do isometric exercises, which IMO, are much more effective (as long as one is careful) :)

I guess there's no point in intentionally keeping my beverage out of the frame in future snapshots... :efee612b4b:

The local vet was fully booked so I had to search Porntube YouTube for DIY tutorials :efee612b4b:

Recovery is going well enough, thanks! It's the walking as opposed to rolling business that's driving me nuts. Feels like devolving to a simpler primate :efee612b4b:

No riding as of yet (the forum's resident Rambo is @atdlzpae) but the aim is to be back on my wheel soon as possible :D

Have created a thread in the off-topic section to log my progress but don't want to self-promote.... Although on second thoughts, it might be better to contain the "photo forensics" there as opposed to risking larger "exposure" here :efee612b4b:

It’s tough bouncing back from a significant shoulder injury. Using EMS should help jumpstart your upcoming strengthening regimen.

Be patient throughout your therapy. My downfall was that I tried to bounce back faster than my body would allow.

Ken, @Dave U, @Freewheeler, and me enjoying a lunch on the pier.

And we came across a house where their mailbox was a miniature model of the house

It's amazing how compact the ACM2 looks compared to the others. Great wheel I still prefer it over the Tesla YMMV. :whistling:

Yeah, it also occurred to me that the ACM now looks very small. It's still a powerhouse of a wheel and I've been enjoying riding it the last week or so. The Tesla is a totally different wheel of course which I still like because of its nimbleness.

That's the most resistant-looking EUC trolley I've ever seen! Definitely better than the scorpion-style trolley, and dare I say, even sturdier than the 16X's :laughbounce2:

Hey @Unventor if u thought 53f was a little warm,i rode last week home from work at 107f. Felt like riding through the gates of hell!

Whats more extreme, snow and ice or fire and brimstone?????:efef77eaf5::furious:

Well I can't imagine how warm that feels. I rode to work to sæt around 0-1C and getting home at 4-5C. Anything above 27C is killing me in summer time.
