dizimatt
Can anyone pleeease help me with this extremely annoying issue that I'm having with a recent overseas purchase... I live in Sydney, Australia.... I recently purchased a "pinwheel T2" from a company in china called topjoy. With the aim of getting it delivered directly from the company's own warehouses - to me in Sydney, Australia... Everything was going fine until it came to the delivery part. Apparently this item won't be allowed on a plane to Australia, and therefore is waiting for clearance (which may never happen??) Has anyone else had this kind of issue or know how to deal with it? I am absolutely keen on receiving this (via direct shipping from china) and plan to give up and ask a refund ONLY at the very worst case scenario. Any help will be GREATLY appreciated Matt

Any help will be GREATLY appreciated Matt My IPS Kahuna was stuck for over a month at Hong Kong airport. The seller eventually agreed to send me another unit using a different courier. Try to contact @Arron of Pinwheel Factory. Maybe he can help you on this matter.
Dr Bob
Australia has restrictions on how much of certain materials you can bring into the country as a person. You may need specific doc's about battery and prove it is so. I know the 1st lot of loose batteries I ordered were held back for being too large of shipment. oh and you can get it sent as 2 items, battery in one box and euc in another, but on seperate shipments not the same con note Just saying
Linnea Veteran
Where is it now? In China or in Australia? If it is in China, better to ask the seller to get it back and resend or just send you a new one. If it is in Australia, call the express company to ask what document do they need, Then ask the seller to supply you such documents.
dizimatt
It's in china Maybe I'll ask them to try and resend then, do you reckon that could make a difference? Isn't it subject to these strict rules regardless?
DS
Have you checked the clients feedback history for your seller? Sending electric unicycle overseas is not easy and only the experienced one can do it. You may have to consider to cancel the order....I hope you did not use direct bank transfer.
