Ninebot One Vinyl Wrap How To

Good job, and good tips. I owned and operated a sign shop for 16 years where we lettered and applied graphics to vehicles daily.

I have to admit, the NineBot was one of the hardest jobs I've done. You need a lot of patience and a second pair of hands is helpful to run the heat gun/hair dryer.

But, when done, it's so worth it.

@dbfrese  The vinyl does have a couple very small dings on it already from riding in the trunk of my car.  Other than that, I really try to never drop it.  I'm sure the vinyl will scrape easily if it takes a good fall, but since it's carbon fiber design, it should patch/blend easily and not show.

I've never had a real crash where it tumbled, but I have laid it on it's side a few times when stopped or when doing a 180 turn, but it was basically stopped.  When my legs are tired after a 15+ mile ride, I have a tendency to let it fall at stop lights.  3-4 times now, but not yet with the wrap on it.

Since the wrap and painting the pads black, I've only got about 30-40 miles on it.

Does any one have the template on PDF or took a picture of the template when it was finished? if you do, and could share, I can try to put the template on a scale of 1:1 and share the pdf here for others to use.

@Ebrium Check out my video. It shows how to create your own template.

Yes I've seen your movie and congratulations, it's great. Although I was wondering if someone actually have a template so I could run it in the plotter and cut the vinyl easier. Get it?
