I rode to the Hollywood sign (more or less) with Marty and others a couple of years ago... Why would I want to go again, now that I know it isn't an al fresco restaurant!

Wow Dan, looks like you watched quite a bit of it. This day was a total blast. So much fun. This had to be the biggest EUC event yet held in the United States. I would have traveled to it and by all accounts, everyone do did travel far distances thought it was totally worthwhile. Maybe next year some of you guys can make the journey.
Popular Post Bob Eisenman
Several rides. One to Hampton beach, NH. Another from Salem to Newburyport. Another to Plum Island. 10-26-2019 had big numbers of Halloween costumed commuter rail riders destined for Salem on the train ride back...a full rail car on a Saturday afternoon. Salem hosts Halloween all the month of October...local visitor parking $20 to $30. Winter.....is coming... Hampton beach Salisbury HarborMaster's boat - out for the season. Friday night at Salem Common Ipswich river - October 2019 - near Ipswich, MA Newburyport - October 2019 Dunes at Plum Island - October 2019 Old truck - Salisbury, MA I rode by ' The Clam Box' restaurant on one ride. A former employer once bought lunch take out for the crew there. On another ride months ago I stopped and ordered food. Fried clams are expensive as well as other menu items. http://www.clamboxipswich.com/menu.htm A Police cruiser seemed to follow my route on the road , turning at this intersection while I checked my map on this busy road, riding in the shoulder. The Clam Box can truly be an 'al fresco' restaurant. Edited October 27, 2019 by Bob Eisenman

I ended up watching the whole event. I even threw my iPad across the room when the video feed went down just as the limbo contest was beginning. My wife actually stated: “ You should have gone.” Hopefully next year! Edited October 27, 2019 by Rehab1

Thanks for posting pictures....live stream exceeds my bandwidth data quota quickly....the sumo and musical chairs events take talent and probably require 'fast shutdown ' MB's. It's looking like 2020 will be in the works. And I'll probably do another 7-day tour since my body withstood the rigors of riding 330-miles in the 7-day period. Thanks again to @Mark Lee for the knee-wraps which really helped for the 2nd half. I can't tell you much fun the group rides were. I think you would have had a blast. So who knows, maybe next year? I'll probably start publicizing the event in less than six months so people can better plan.

Must say Marty's rides are not for weak hearted. Between driving to and from meetup locations there's not a whole lot of time to recover from all day rides. Some nights less than 5 hrs of sleeping if you can fall asleep. The quality of rides were second to none, even more beautiful in person than I could imagined. Before the rides we were wondering what we're going to do with free time after the rides LOL (First day the beach ride from my Hotel and back was 13+ hrs just to kick it off). The characters that showed up were like brothers from another mother, we bonded very quickly as if we were in military experiencing a battle together. Yes it was tough but I'll do it again with my brothers in a heartbeat. COUNT ME IN FOR 2020 ADVENTURE. P.S. If you want a good laugh check out the Telegram Marty set up it's great fun...
