Skipping the morning meeting to take the long way to work through Griffith Park.

And what reason you'll give them when they ask you why you missed today's meeting? The road was "rough" this morning? :laughbounce2:

Nothing about fixing it yet?

It's looking worse than I thought. I'll let EWheels explain at some point.

They've been having job fairs for months...hundreds of jobs....

I'm not a gambler but given the posh decor reviews the news stations have given the casino I don't think my current wardrobe is ready to make an appearance.

The positive change in real estate appearance for the lot upon which it's built has received great reviews.

The road it's built next to is rock solid traffic at weekday rush hours. I can't imagine the added vehicle stress. On the other hand the peak (up to 50,000 per day) casino business is predicted to be not rush hour but instead Fri-night, Sat & Sun.

So...I took the train to Boston and rode past the Casino. Despite increased foot traffic on the sidewalks it was hard to imagine that it represented 50,000 as predicted. My head mounted camera might convey this impression later. Dress looked casual as opposed to shirt and tie

Here are several video grabs from a ride by some two or so hours after the grand opening. Tens of thousands of attendees (reported by the news) are inside (6-23-2019).
