val4o
Hello, do you know where I can buy this part, I am not sure if I can fix it, but looks pretty simple to replace if I can find where to buy it.

val4o
Any tips on putting the new switch? I've tried using force, but doesn't seem to fit, tried twisting it, no luck either? I might just cut it a little bit unless someone has a better idea?

(I don't own V11 so i don't know..) It's rubber? Rubber can be heated up - it becomes "softer" and then you could put it in more easy.. (Don't catch it on fire.) Boiling water could be used also, instead of fire/heaters. Ahh i see now.. Use some OIL on it.. It will simply plug in. Without much of problems. (You need to put it in straight also.)
