It’s been extremely reliable (no cutouts or any other issues) and great on trails. It’s the high-capacity battery and has plenty of torque to get me (165 lbs) up steep hiking trails and hills in SF. Have gone on 40 mile+ trail rides lasting ~4 hours and still had battery left. It has 1280 miles on it. No drops on this wheel (was very careful while learning). Shell has minor scratch on from veering into bushes. Pictures: https://imgur.com/a/oe7C95A Originally purchased for $2000 new ($2170 with tax). Bought May 2021 from Last Mile SF. Added grippy spiked pedals ($100) Swapped to IRC TR-1 tire at ~600 miles ($80 from Amazon.jp, not easily acquirable anymore). This knobby tire helped a lot with traction on grass, gravel, and trails.
