I’ve been learning to ride EUC on the V8F which I bought last week and it took some big tumbles today and now makes a broken plastic rattling sound when I rock the wheels back and forth (like loose plastic pieces). Also, there is a thick white material slightly protruding through the top of the wheel under the handle. I ran diagnostics from the app and it said it was fine. elimansour Posted July 18, 2022 Author Share Posted July 18, 2022 Update. I contacted eWheels, and Jason was very quick with a response. He had me push the shell seal (apparently that's what the while material was) back in with a flathead screwdriver. Very easy! He asked for a video of the ratting and after seeing it let me know that it was likely a small piece of plastic and to just deal with it when I change out the tire.
