Could be a motherboard like from some "known" EUC manufacturer some member here recognizes... The s1000 seems to be a more seldom kind of EUC? If you mean the wiring between motherboard and motor fried then most likely some mosfets are fried too and you'll need a new motherboard. Opening the motor and taking a look at the internal motor wire connections and motor wires could be advisable, too after the motor supply wiring fried.
