Silicone recommendations for combing two inner Kingsong18xl shells?

Silicone is Silicone.. Generally any will do the job. I would try to get mold resistant silicone. As there will be water contacting inner shell. And if you ride a lot in moisture - wet ground.. Silicone could start molding. Doh to that happen, your wheel would need to be almost always wet..

There are some silicones that are softer/harder when they dry out. Harder silicone could also act as more "support" by bonding both shells together. I mean the silicone would help screws hold them together. Less tress on screws then.. Doh most silicone will not "glue" to smooth "shiny" plastic. You just use silicone there so water doesn't enter the wheel. You could sandpaper the plastic little bit, then the silicone will "stick" very well. - Which will hold the shells together without screws. :D
