There are many companies/organizations worldwide that undertake these tasks. Astra Seneca was jointly developed by Oxford University and British/Swedish AstraZeneca. The large pharmaceutical companies do not operate in isolation. There is a worldwide independent scientific/academic community, epidemiologists, sovereign nations, national equivalents of the CDC in the US, other bio tech companies etc. They have no motives or incentives to aid and abet, participate in a conspiracy to benefit others. US, China, Russia, Iran are sovereign, and even the US is questionable because it's run by an international banking cartel. Every Western central bank is run by the Bank of International Settlements in Switzerland. This same banking cartel set up the World Health Organization, World Economic Forum, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, and the United Nations.
