Michael Puccetti Posted February 15, 2016 Share Posted February 15, 2016 I have 3 smart balance boards for the kiddos, One just popped up with a problem where when we turn it on the board has no balance capability. the power light is on full charge but the small green circle light stays on as well as both head lights. We have tried to reset a lot of times. this does nothing. I opened both sides of the board up and see no issues that pop out at me.
