Help with Audio Error Message, Inmotion v8f

I cracked the axl on my V8f and the machine gave me an audio error message before shutting itself down. I ordered a replacement motor/axl and had an eBike shop do the install (so I didn't screw up anything important). But the shop is still getting the audio error message. Any ideas about how to reset the machine so it knows its been repaired? Thanks!

Some IM wheels can be reset by turning them off, then pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds. Don't know about the V8F specifically, but if you're hunting for a solution shotgun style, it's a first shot.

Thank you! I'm headed over the shop tomorrow (Tuesday) and will try that, and also see if I can get the app to link up with the unit when it's in that error mode.

The repair shop tried it -- didn't work. Hopefully it's just a reset with the app. Thanks tho.
