I do wonder... what is the water testing like in those port locations and lakes? Were'nt the same bodies of water, used and abused by decades of Usa manufacturing in the north as well? I had no idea so much of Canada wasnt useable for farming. I mean, aside from the cold. I'd imagine Canada can support simple grass and grazing livestock along its easter shores?
